Where is my data stored?

On your own computer. AI tools only send what you choose (each tool says exactly what), when you press the button, to be read by Claude, Anthropic’s AI. Mostly Admin doesn’t keep a copy. Recordings are turned into transcripts on your computer and never sent.

Can I calculate holiday pay with Leave Planner?

No. Leave balances are a planning aid, not a payroll or Holidays Act calculation. Use your payroll system for pay.
